Troy and Stacy Naftzger work as a
team recruiting with hopes of building a reputable business that aids
PAs in finding the right fit for them as individuals. They envisioned a
recruiting firm that was truly focused on ensuring a lasting
partnership between the Physican Assistant and Physician. They
firmly believe that the PA/Physicians relationship has to be great to
ensure a lasting relationship.
Troy has been in the US Army for
17 years, on active duty for four years at Ft Bragg North Carolina with
the 82D Airborne Division and in the Reserves for 13 years and
counting. He has deployed overseas twice to Israel, Sinai Egypt
and the Gaza and is currently a Captain in the AMEDD Department.
As a PA, Troy has been in
Orthopedic Surgery for ten years with a focus in complex shoulder
reconstruction. He has worked as a consultant for Tournier
working on an outcomes study for primary and reverse total shoulders.
He has lectured for the PAOS and OAPA on numerous occassions. In the
course of his professional PA life, he would come across PAs that were
looking for positions, and he found pleasure in being able to point
them in the direction of positions he heard about "Through the
Grapevine." This led him to recruit professionally. Stacy joined the team, and together, they formed TroyNaftzger.com in 2011.
